Not sure what happened as this used to be my go-to app for when the “next bus” was coming, but it is no longer showing me the buses closest to me. Looked for an update, but none available. Bummer.

Never shows where or when the shuttle is approaching. Also very confusing app design.

I’d say it’s 95% accurate. Greatest mystery is when it says a bus is coming and none arrives. Are there ghost buses? I wish the moving bus icons were refreshed more frequently.

Everything is mess up i cant see my buses the app just stop working and when I downloaded again it doesn’t show me the buses near me or even Massachusetts thats where i live. Really need to fix that i already got another app hope this one works better. Disappointed of this app I’ve been using it for years and now it just stopped working guys

Great app.. it’s a bit outdated but it’s definitely not broken. Thanks again for the free app service.

I opened the app and it said it's no longer giving predictions. It just gives a website to go to. It's too bad, I used this app a lot. Apparently I can't now. Maybe it's because I'm still using an iPhone 5c and I can't update the app anymore.

This is really handy, but it constantly asks for permission to use my location, and sometimes it will just say it doesn’t have permission. I would like to see that change.

I’ve been using this app for years, Since I started high school even. Hasn’t changed much, but has gotten better over the years. I’ve had one or two occasions where the app was unreliable but that could also be the bus not following the proper schedule. Overall, not a bad app.

I am using this app for few years now constantly and I love it. It is the best app from all the Liat of MTA bus in LA. In addition, I had an issue with the app all of a sudden because I replaced phone and the Customer Services Rep kept emailing me with different supports until I was able to fix the situation. I’m grateful for the good service. Thank you. :))).

Literally, the past few days the app has been inconsistent and no longer updates the MBTA locations. Sends me updates on other buses in different states 😑. Please fix app ASAP.

The newest version is just as unreliable as the last. The stop times are marketed as being taken from live trackers on the bus when in reality I believe they are just posted from schedule times which are not at all accurate or reliable in Los Angeles. Times posted for my latest stop said 2 mins., 1 min., arriving, then skipped to 20 minutes. The bus then arrived 6 minutes later. This app isn't at all reliable and shouldn't be trusted if time is an issue. It used to be much better.

It was working well then one day nothing so I got another one but it wasn't working for me forgot the name. Anyways back up so far so good.

please update map issues..ever time i use the app the map just goes crazy and i can never see the map correctly

If I could give this app a million zeros I would.. waste of space do not download.

I am done with this app. It has stopped working and doesn't give me the information I need most of the time. So disappointing.

My favorite muni app is back on its feet. Latest update fixed crashing and refresh is much faster. Just the best.

The last two versions won't open at all -- app crashes and goes back to iPhone home screen. Updating hoping to fix.... But alas. Arrrgh.

I really like this app, it will alway tell me the truth for like how many minutes is the bus coming to where am at! And that's what I like the most about it, Keep it up!!

The all was working fine before the new update now it just freezes and crashes everytime I try to use it do not recommend using it to anyone

Is there a bus app on this entire app store that doesn't jump back-and-forth from one minute to the next catch the bus and now this app both will stay on six minutes for almost 10 before it changes to five just say 16 minutes instead of sitting on six minutes for almost 15 minutes

Bus app gives what appears to be a guess at when the next one is coming, and is amazingly consistent at being wrong.

I really loved this app once upon a time when it actually worked. I mostly used it so that I could do the most with my time. Today I've decided I've had enough and am deleting the app. After missing the bus 3 times and wasting precious time I'm all set ✌🏾️

It's been so inaccurate lately I often waste 40 minutes during the day waiting for buses that are supposedly 15 minutes away or alternatively missing buses because they're way closer than the app indicates. Horrible.

My bus arrive either 30 min earlier than the schedule time here, or 5 minutes late. So it's not as accurate as it used to be.

This app has caused many issues with timing. I've had it for over three years and have found that it is highly unreliable. I've come to find that I have to show up 5 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive just in case it comes too early. On the other hand, I also find myself standing at the stop for 30+ minutes for a bus that said it was 3 minutes away. Both scenarios happen quite often. In the past it wasn't too big of a problem since I was on popular lines. Different buses would come ever 15 minutes. I currently live near a stop with only two bus lines. I've come to realize I'm better off walking the 30-40 minutes rather than guessing what time the bus will come.

This is a great app. It is a very exact and reliable app. The approximate timing is great I just wish you guys(the developers) would add more routes.

This app is a life saver. But I wish the developers would add the Torrance Transit as well. That would be great

Horrible app. Its predictions are just totally off. And it advertisement does not give you alone for a sec. I totally hate it.

Every time you open the app, some silly ad makes you wait. Getting more and more annoying.

First off, thank you for being able to track a difficult system like RTC Washoe in Nevada! It's amazing how this app literally helps the logistics of one's day sometimes. One request besides getting up to the iOS 9 way of life, have the app just use Location Services vs making it ask for location all the time upon starting the app. Would make life so much easier and more accurate. Also, let's get some Watch action now! It's time! Keep it up! Hope to see the DART network. There are a ton of people that need you!

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Been getting nothing but coding these past couple days. I'm late to everything now. Horrible app, software designers should be ashamed.

I used this app for years fine, pretty accurate. Suddenly I open it one day and all I see is coding. No longer works at all. Please update, I use it to get everywhere on time!

Reliable and accurate.

The layout is confusing and often I can't tell where my bus is or when it will be here.

I use this app all the time and while the ads are annoying they weren't that bad. Until this morning!!! I was listening to music, got to my bus stop, opened xtBus and the music stopped playing because this app started playing an ad with audio!!! Turn off audio ads now!!!

the app works flawlessly but the ads now take over the full screen and stop the music you're listening to. Beyond pathetic.

This morning, the app is suddenly stopped working. It can no longer find stops near me in the Boston area. The app didn't update nor did my phone software, but the app is still using my location but is giving me nothing for it. I reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing. 3 stars as it worked fine prior to this, and in hoping it's a glitch somewhere in something that will sort out and make the app as highly useful to me as it usually is.
